The Corporate Finance department at Huvepharma is currently undergoing expansion, presenting you an exciting opportunity to become part of our exceptional team. We are actively seeking a committed and driven Junior Accountant.
As a Junior Accountant, you will support the department's daily accounting and administrative activities and contribute to the efficient management of financial documentation. To support flexibility and accommodate different needs, we offer the opportunity to choose between a 4-hour, 6-hour or 8-hour working day.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, review, and process primary accounting documents.
- Enter data into the accounting system and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Organise, archive, and maintain accounting documentation in both electronic and hard-copy formats.
- Assist with the processing and posting of invoices, bank statements, and cash documents.
- Prepare reports and documentation required by the accounting department.
- Communicate with internal departments and external business partners regarding accounting documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities, audits, and inspections.
- Perform administrative and operational tasks related to the department's activities.
Requirements
- University degree or final-year student in accounting, finance, economics or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Good computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software will be considered an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Responsible attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to develop professionally.
- Working proficiency in English.
