We are dedicated to improving the performance, health and welfare of livestock animals, enhancing food safety and protecting our environment to benefit society at large.
For everyone involved in the global animal husbandry industry, Huvepharma ® offers a wide range of animal health and nutrition products. These products are complimented with a range of value added services. Our customers use our products and services to maximise the health and welfare of their animals, leading to a positive impact on the environment and consumers. We recognize fully our responsibility throughout the entire supply chain from fermentation strain to farm and beyond.
We take ESG reporting seriously. People expect reliability in terms of food for themselves, their families and everyone around them. Huvepharma understands the importance of supplying safe food for today’s global population, whilst protecting the environment for future generations. We focus on sustainable food solutions those providing quality and safety that do not come at the cost of the environment.

ESG is a complex and evolving process, many aspects of which we have pursued for many years. It is also an area of continual development and we are resolute in our focus to ensure as it is, fully integrated into all our systems. We are committed to make a measurable contribution to solving global societal and environmental issues such as food safety, supply and sustainability transitions.
Our first comprehensive Sustainability report is due to be published later this year and is an important step for us in demonstrating our commitment to further develop our ESG consciousness following GRI and TCFD frameworks. We have already conducted a full scale materiality analysis, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to identify and refine the topics that are pertinent to our business, and we will report on these and our goals for the future.

The Board of Directors of Huvepharma EOOD (the "Company") sets high standards for the Company's employees, officers and directors. Implicit in this philosophy is the importance of sound corporate governance. It is the duty of the Board of Directors to serve as a prudent fiduciary for shareholders and to oversee the management of the Company's business. To fulfill its responsibilities and to discharge its duty, the Board of Directors follows the procedures and standards that are set forth in these guidelines. These guidelines are subject to modification from time to time as the Board of Directors deems appropriate in the best interests of the Company or as required by applicable laws and regulations.
