The Corporate Finance department at Huvepharma is currently undergoing expansion, presenting you with an exciting opportunity to become part of our exceptional team. We are actively seeking a committed and driven AR Accountant.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliation and ensure accurate posting of incoming and outgoing payments.
- Ensure that customer payments are accurately cleared against outstanding invoices in the ERP system.
- Prepare and send netting protocols and confirmation letters to related parties at month-end.
- Perform monthly foreign currency revaluation of receivables to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with accounting standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely accounting records for Accounts Receivable transactions.
- Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely collection.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
- Support audits (interim and annual) conducted by external auditors and tax authorities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
- Experience in Accounts Receivable processes and bank reconciliation.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with high accuracy under deadlines.
- Microsoft Dynamics/Axapta (D365) experience is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse processes.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
