The Corporate Finance Department is currently undergoing expansion, presenting an exciting opportunity for you to become part of our exceptional team. We are actively seeking a committed and driven AP Accountant.
Key responsibilities:
- Participate in the accounting of AP invoices.
- Perform reconciliation of suppliers.
- Review accounting reports and register of liabilities to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure timely and complete processing of transactions related to liabilities (AP) in the general ledger.
- Ensure that all invoices, credit card transactions and persona expenses are processed in a timely manner.
- Communicate daily with colleagues from all departments and suppliers to collect missing documents and confirm details.
- Undertake daily bookkeeping of all documents - hard copies in the relevant folders and digital copies attached to each ERP transaction.
- Maintain accounting information in accordance with legal requirements.
- Assist in conducting audits, whether interim or annual, performed by external auditors and tax authorities.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Experience with the full cycle of accounts payable.
- Experience with high-volume invoice processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics/Axapta (D365) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to analyse processes.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Good English language skills.
