Our sales department is currently undergoing expansion, presenting you with an exciting opportunity to become part of our exceptional team. We are actively seeking a committed and driven Sales Business Analyst / Customer Service Specialist.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Support sales managers and work with commercial agreements.
- Prepare analytical reports related to sales, costs and gross profit.
- Reconcile warehouse stock and raw materials for production.
- Calculate commissions and rebates as per the commercial agreements.
- Support sales managers during planning and budget processes and input data in the ERP system.
- Organise deliveries to customers worldwide - road, sea and air shipments from Bulgaria and ROW.
- Communicate and receive orders for delivery of goods to customers.
- Register and dispatch production orders to suppliers using specialised software in accordance with sales manager instructions and customer requirements.
- Communicate with transport companies and organise shipments of goods to customers.
- Prepare daily shipment schedules according to the production schedule.
- Prepare and send shipping instructions and relevant documents to the suppliers/transport company and customers.
- Follow up the receipt of goods with customers.
- Issue documents related to deliveries on a daily basis.
- Keep the customer database and transaction files up to date.
Job requirements:
Education:
Master's degree in economics, accountancy, finance, international trade or similar.
Professional experience:
Previous experience in a similar position and responsibilities will be an advantage.
Special knowledge and skills:
- Very good written and spoken English
- Proficiency in written and spoken French is considered as a strong advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel, databases
- Experience with ERP systems
Required personal qualities and skills:
- Strong team player who can fit in an international environment an organisational structure
- Excellent communication skills - politeness, patience, friendliness, precision
