Duties and responsibilities
- Collect and evaluate offers for purchase requisitions
- Upload and manage documents related to Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) in Axapta and SharePoint
- Create detailed reports from events and key procurement activities
- Maintain accurate records to support internal tracking and audits
- Monitor inventory levels of marketing gadgets and coordinate shipments to affiliates
- Ensure timely restocking and distribution of promotional materials
- Organise and facilitate customer visits to company factories in Peshtera and Razgrad
- Manage travel arrangements, schedules, and necessary documentation for a seamless experience
Education
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Professional experience
- Experience in procurement, logistics or administrative support
Special knowledge and skills
- Experience with programs like Axapta (Microsoft Dynamics AX) or similar are an advantage
- Experience with SharePoint is an advantage
- Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) in an advantage
- Excellent command of the English language - written and spoken

- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities
