Duties and responsibilities
- Managing the entire recruitment process, implementing all the activities under its stages
- Talent sourcing through different channels: LinkedIn, job portals, agencies, referrals
- Designing and updating job descriptions in collaboration with line managers to reflect the requirements of each position
- Maintenance of up-to-date recruitment status reports regularly and on demand
- Preparing onboarding plans for new starters
- Conducting induction trainings for new starters
- Trainings need assessment and preparation of an annual training plan to foster professional development of company units
- Organising and coordinating internal and external trainings
- Participating in other HR activities and projects
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration or a related field
Professional experience
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in HR roles
Special knowledge and skills
- Experience in sourcing strategies and candidate assessment
- Good knowledge of talent market trends
- Experience with ATS and HRIS will be considered an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in both Bulgarian and English
