Over recent years, Huvepharma further broadened its manufacturing platform through significant investments in its existing facilities, complemented by strategic acquisitions in Europe and the USA. Today, Huvepharma is active in more than 100 countries, and its production facilities span the globe: there are two production sites in France, a chemical synthesis plant in Italy, three production facilities for biotechnology and vaccines in Bulgaria, and six sites in the USA for vaccines and veterinary medicines.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshooting application and user errors on a timely basis
- Working with end-users to analyse and specify new functional requirements
- Working closely with the development team to design, test and implement new functionalities
- Providing training to end-users and across the IT support team
- Developing, maintaining and presenting training materials
- Monitoring data integrity and implementing controls to prevent data inconsistencies
- Assisting in ensuring that external/internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audits, and privacy
- Assigning appropriate system access to users at different levels across the company
Qualifications:
- Degree in Economics or Computer Science related to application software
- Knowledge of systems analysis and information technology principles
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics - MS Dynamics NAV, AX2012 or D365 or other business software
- Understanding of reporting and analytic applications (Qlikview, PowerBI, Tableu)
- QA qualification or experience would be highly beneficial
- Fluent English - written and spoken
