Today, Huvepharma is active in more than 100 countries, and its production facilities span the globe: there are two production sites in France, a chemical synthesis plant in Italy, three production facilities for biotechnology and vaccines in Bulgaria, and six sites in the USA for vaccines and veterinary medicines.
Role purpose
We are looking for a BI & Analytics Developer who is passionate about data, reporting, and business intelligence. You will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI and other BI technologies
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements
- Build and optimise data models, semantic models, and reporting datasets
- Develop and maintain SQL queries, views, and data transformations
- Support the evolution of our enterprise data warehouse and analytics platform
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions
- Troubleshoot reporting issues and provide end-user support when required
- Participate in BI modernisation initiatives, including cloud analytics and Microsoft Fabric adoption
- Create and maintain technical documentation and reporting standards
Qualifications
Technical skills
- Experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI or similar BI platforms
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
- Understanding of data modelling concepts (star schema, dimensions, facts, measures)
- Experience working with data warehouses, ETL/ELT processes, or analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, QlikView, Qlik Sense, Cognos, or similar technologies is considered an advantage
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query is a strong plus
