About Huvepharma
Huvepharma is a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing, manufacturing and marketing animal health products. From our Antwerp office, the Global Marketing team supports international brands, colleagues and projects across different markets.
As part of its broader media plan, Huvepharma is preparing to strengthen its social media presence. With our current social media activity still limited, this internship offers the opportunity to contribute to a new international project from the very beginning.
Your internship project
As our Social Media & Digital Communication Intern, you will support the Global Marketing team in preparing, setting up and rolling out Huvepharma's social media presence.
You will help translate our social media strategy into a practical and sustainable approach for the organisation. This includes selecting and setting up appropriate channels, preparing content and establishing workflows to manage social media consistently across different markets.
Your responsibilities
Your responsibilities may include:
- Analysing Huvepharma's current digital and social media presence
- Researching social media trends and best practices in B2B, pharmaceutical and animal health communication
- Supporting the selection and setup of relevant social media channels
- Translating the social media strategy into a practical rollout plan
- Developing content pillars and recurring content formats
- Creating an international social media content calendar
- Preparing and adapting content for different social media platforms
- Collecting content and input from internal teams and international colleagues
- Exploring how AI and social media management tools can support content creation, planning and reporting
Your profile
- You are studying Communication Management, Business Management, Communication, Marketing, Media or a related programme.
- You have a strong interest in social media and digital communication.
- You have strong written communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
- You understand how to adapt content to different platforms and audiences.
- You are comfortable using Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- You are proactive, curious and eager to help build a new project from the ground up.
