Huvepharma is a privately owned company, headquartered in Sofia, Bulgaria. Our manufacturing subsidiary, Biovet, is headquartered in Peshtera, Bulgaria, and has independent manufacturing units in various other locations. Large, modern fermentation plants provide capacity for producing major molecules, purification and downstream processing as well as having extensive R&D quality assurance and packaged goods facilities.

We are now actively seeking a committed and driven Logistics and Transportation Expert.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Plans and optimises the delivery of products from manufacturers
- Coordinates the loading and transportation of goods from various destinations
- Manages and oversees the work of carriers and transportation documents
- Resolves issues arising during the transportation process
- Compiles logistic information and prepares reports for management
- Provides information and assistance to clients in case of problems
- Demonstrates maximum diligence and resourcefulness in organising transportation and other logistics activities
- Prepares, drafts, and monitors insurance and protest letters
- Generates periodic reports related to goods tracking and reports to dealers on their movement
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree, with a preference for a degree in Transportation and Logistics
Professional experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in the field, mainly in sea freight
Special knowledge and skills: excellent computer literacy, database management and analysis experience with specialised transportation and financial software, very good English language skills
Required personal qualities and skills: adaptability, organised, and takes initiative, good communication skills, able to work in a team, loyalty, responsible attitude towards work, flexible thinking and ability to make quick decisions, desire for personal development
