  • Coordinate testing, validation, and deployment of system changes, updates, and new functionalities
  • Participate in UAT processes and ensure business readiness for releases
  • Ensure proper documentation and traceability in line with CAB and DevOps practices

Collaboration and vendor management

  • Coordination with the ERP third-party support on technical issues that cannot be resolved internally, as well as on the analysis, development, testing, and delivery of system enhancements and customisations

Training and knowledge management

  • Provide training to end users and IT team members
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver training materials and documentation
  • Create, update, and maintain knowledge base articles to enhance user support and drive efficient issue resolution

Security, access and compliance

  • Control and monitor license assignment based on user roles and actual system usage
  • Promote, monitor, and enforce adherence to internal processes, procedures, and service management standards
