VIV MEA 2018, 5th-7th February 2018, Abu Dhabi

Animal protein producers in Middle Eastern and African countries gained a new trade fair geared specifically to their needs: VIV MEA. It was set to pouring the valuable network into making VIV MEA the specialist feed to Food show serving the poultry, aquaculture and dairy industries in the Middle East/Africa region.

VIV MEA 2018 offered a rich program. This started with the show’s line-up of international and regional suppliers serving animal protein businesses in an area extending from the Middle East and Africa to Iran and the countries of the Indian sub-continent. Added value came in the form of a series of regionally-focused conferences and seminars. The programme has been assembled by working closely with top partners in the industry and is devised to relate specifically to the region’s forward-thinking operators in poultry, dairy and aquaculture.

The conference programme showed online at listed over 40 separate presentations in a daily agenda from Monday 5th February until Wednesday 7th February. To give just two or three examples, the choice of topics includes Poultry Disease Issues in the Middle East, Nutritional Challenges in Hot Climates and the Emergence of India’s Animal Health Industry.

Huvepharma did its annual Distributors’ Meeting in the day before the fair opening and offered an assembly of trainings and talks on major product brands – B-act®; OptiPhos®, Hostazym® X, Bio-D®, 3T antimicrobilas, Parofor®, Flavomycin®, Coccidiostats®, followed by practical workshops in small groups, which were very well accepted and appreciated by company distributors.
