New Lianol® product launch: Lianol® Ferti Tablet

Huvepharma^® launches a new Lianol® Ferti formula. In the past, Lianol^® Ferti was only available in powder form. 10 grams of the powder was top dressed to the sow feed for 5 to 7 days around weaning and/or prior to farrowing.

Now the product will be offered in highly palatable tablets of 10 grams. The product is packed in 3 kg plastic buckets that are easy to carry. One tablet daily should be fed to sows for 5 to 7 days around weaning and/or prior to farrowing. This new formulation reduces the amount of labour needed to feed Lianol® Ferti to your sows.

Fed around weaning

Gilts: for 5 days after synchronisation treatment

Sows: 2 days before weaining until 2 days after weaining

Second litter sows: 3 days before until 3 days afetr weaning

Trial: weaning oestrus interval, litter size and production number

(the number of weaned piglets/sow/year) are compared between

a control and a Linaol Ferti group (112 gilt and 112 sows in each group)
